If someone needs to arrive sooner or stay later, the booking will come up with an error. These guests must call the hotel to make their reservation so that we may override the system. 2. If they use this link, it unfortunately will not mention that breakfast is included with their stay. I would encourage that you somehow emphasize they will get breakfast with the block if you have the convenience to do so. If they book any other rate (they may find inflexible booking rates that are a $1-$3 cheaper), they will not be getting breakfast with their stay.
