THE CLOSEST OPTION! The Yampa Valley Regional Airport – Hayden (HDN) is about a 30-minute drive from the airport to downtown Steamboat. If you are not renting a car, there are shuttle services available to and from the airport. Please book them ahead of time as they can fill up and Ubers/Lyfts are harder to get and more expensive. The Denver International Airport (DEN) is a 3.5-hour drive from Steamboat Springs. I would advise a rental car if you decide to fly into Denver. Wonderful scenic drive & lots to see and/or visit along the way. If not, there are shuttle options to and from the airport, but these options take considerably longer than 3.5 hours, as they have other stops along the way. We will have shuttles to and from the wedding ceremony/reception. Our venue does not allow individual drivers, everyone must take the shuttle. There will be two shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations, The Steamboat Grand and behind the Wells Fargo Downtown. You can easily park at Wells Fargo and leave your car there at no cost during the wedding. Shuttle schedules to come. There will be an early shuttle and a late shuttle at the end of the night.
