1. What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Costumes are welcomed! Black is ideal.

2. What will the weather be like this time of year?

Rain or Shine this wedding is going to HAPPEN bring a jacket, umbrella, etc.

3. Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

4. Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We're hoping that it can be both but please be prepared to be outside. Guests if you need to bring sunscreen or wear different shoes please do so.

5. What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head straight to the reception where we will be serving food and beverages.

6. Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

It's on Friday the 13th FOR A REASON.

7. When can I take pictures with the bride and groom?

Answer

30 minutes, After the ceremony please be aware and courteous because we have a lot of guests.

8. What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

9. What time should I arrive?

Answer

6pm, We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony which will be at 7pm, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

10. Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free. There is a Parking lot or you can park on the front street.

11. Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

12. Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only unless stated otherwise by the Bride/Groom. If you have any concerns please contact us ASAP.

14. Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Plenty of hotels right up the street, if you need help finding one please let us know.

15. When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

17. Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, Food and drinks will be covered to a certain point. Open bar for one hour after the ceremony. beer, wine, champagne, white claw and well drinks! Please be Responsible!

We can try to accommodate special diets, contact us ahead of time.

19. Where are you registered?

Answer

We have not registered anywhere, we have everything we need. Any gift will be accepted! We will also appreciate charity donations for our honeymoon. You can send money to 74785 CA-111 #100, Indian Wells, CA 92210 attention Alexis. Also gbghouse2@aol.com for paypal. There will also be a donation box at the wedding!

20. May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

No, please do not take any of the decorations.

22. Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #AlexisAndGrant13th so we can keep track of all of your pictures!”
