A stunning view of the Mississippi River without walking far at all! Follow the trail in the woods that leads to a beautiful waterfall.
Quick hike throughout the woods to explore American indian mounds with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. It starts by walking uphill, but once you are on the top of the bluff, it is totally worth it! Lex and our dog, Peach, love hiking here.
A bar and grill right on the Mississippi River. Lex waitressed here a few summers. Must see!
The Dousman House is located here, but it is also a fun spot Grant and I love to visit. Disc golfing, fishing, relaxing at the beach, tour of the Villa Louis, or just to walk around and look at the floral gardens :)
A new hobby of ours is pickleball!! Hoffman Hall has pickleball and tennis courts you can use for free outside. Bring your paddles/racks and have a hoot. :) Or head inside and play on the basketball courts!
Safe to say Grant and I have had too many yummy pizzas and burgers from this restaurant. Simply delicious!!
Many date nights here!! Tons of options for everyone (burgers, pasta, sandwiches, wraps). Their french onion soup and cheese curds are some of our favorites!!
A great option for Mexican food :) Margaritas with some chips/queso you can not pass up!
Grant spends his summers golfing here!! 9 hole golf course you could rent golf carts for or walk easily. Reasonably priced as well!
This is such a fun summer activity on the Grant River that Grant and I love doing with our families/friends. You can float on a rental tube or kayak! Stop at beaches along the way. It is about 25 miles from PDC, but such a fun experience if you have the time.
