When is the RSVP deadline?

Are we allowed to bring children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask to keep our wedding adults-only unless stated differently on your invite/RSVP. Thanks for understanding!

Are we allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we’re only able to accommodate those guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If you have received a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your invitation or when you RSVP. If you don’t see your name, please don’t plan to attend. Thanks for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code, we kindly ask you to wear whatever you feel comfortable dancing in!

Can we leave our vehicles at the venue overnight?

Answer

Our venue prefers that guests leave their vehicles at the venue overnight! Just make sure you pick up your vehicle during the hours of 8:30am-12:00pm on Saturday. Any person who tampers with, opens or bypasses the driveway gates will be charged. Parking on the grass along the driveway is strictly prohibited and vehicles may be towed.

What if I drive to the venue and then decide I want to use the shuttle service back to the hotel?

Answer

You can definitely use that option as well! Just make sure you pick up your vehicle during the designated times listed above!

What if I stay at a different hotel? Is the shuttle service still an option?

Answer

The shuttle service only provides transportation to the Holiday Inn. However, you are more than welcome to use the shuttle service and then find a ride to a hotel of your choice if that is something you prefer.

What should I do if I don’t make the room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room or the rooms are simply all booked, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We’re planning for an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting) followed by cocktail hour out front of the building with tables set up and a mobile bar. The reception will then move indoors for dinner and dancing.

What is the alcohol policy?

Answer

All alcohol must be purchased through The Hive at Busy Bee. No outside alcohol can be brought onto the premises, any outside alcohol will be confiscated. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 21 years old. Venue staff may ask guests for identification to verify age. Minors consuming alcohol and adults providing alcohol to minors will be subject to removal from the event. Alcohol will not be served after 11:00pm. Bar accepts cash and credit cards. No outside ATM is available.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

Answer

No smoking or vaping on venue indoor or outdoor grounds.
