What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will start promptly at 5 pm, so it is recommended to arrive from 4:00 to 4:30 PM to find parking and your seat.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible to be able to provide as an accurate headcount.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We splurged so all our friends and family can enjoy several different cocktails or spirts while we celebrate. With that in mind, please either have a designated driver or set up a ride for when the venue closes at 11pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi formal. It will be warm so please dress accordingly, we will be having an outdoor ceremony. Please do not wear jeans, neon, or white. The bridesmaids will be wearing long floral dresses and the groomsmen will be in tailored gray suits.

Can I bring a date?

All who are invited are addressed on their individual invitations.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love them there, this will be a child-free wedding with the exception of the children in the ceremony.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Encore Event Center. This will be an indoor and outdoor event.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, please join us for dinner. We will be serving a choice of steak or chicken with potatoes and roasted vegetables.
