Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery. The dinner and dancing will be indoors, so you can relax and celebrate comfortably no matter the weather. We recommend dressing for the season and bringing a light layer for the evening.

Please RSVP by May 31st so we can finalize all the details and make sure we have a seat reserved just for you.

We’ll have an open bar to start the evening, and once we reach a certain threshold, it will transition to a cash bar. We’ll share more details as the day gets closer—but rest assured, there will be plenty to toast with!

The venue closes at 10:00 p.m., so we’ll wrap up the festivities by then. We’re working on arranging a shuttle service to and from the venue and the hotel block—so you can relax, enjoy the evening, and not worry about driving (Uber/Lyft is pretty limited in the area). The fun doesn’t have to stop at 10, though—the hotel bar will be open and is the perfect spot to keep the celebration going as long as you’d like!

Absolutely! We would be honored to have your whole family join us for the celebration. While there will be alcoholic beverages served, we expect it to be a joyful, family-friendly event for guests of all ages. We can’t wait to see everyone—little ones included!
