We’re getting hitched!

I wanted to take a moment to share the special journey that brought Ellis and me together. Five years ago, my wonderful grandmother, Judy Smith, introduced us, and it was as if fate had a plan! A memorable engagement trip to Daytona, Florida, Ellis planned a magical proposal that beautifully recreated our first vacation together. We revisited our favorite places, including the charming old mom-and-pop arcade that captured our hearts. We stayed at the same hotel where we shared so many happy memories. The highlight of the trip was an unforgettable surprise proposal at Ponce Inlet. Ellis had arranged a lovely table for two, perfectly set up just for us on the beach, followed by sparkling grape juice and snacks. After the proposal, on our last night, we spent a night exploring the streets of St. Augustine, soaking in all the history and beauty the city has to offer. In honor of those cherished memories, we have decided to elope in St. Augustine, the place that holds a special significance in our hearts. As Ellis and I have decided to elope, stay tuned for more details in regard to our reception that will follow once we are back from St. Augustine, and will take place in early 2025. We’re looking forward to celebrating our love with all of you, starting with my bridal shower and our future reception.
