Transportation will be provided from the Westin hotel with two scheduled pick-up times: First pick-up: 3:00 PM Second pick-up: 3:25 PM Please arrive in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your designated departure time. At the conclusion of the reception, return transportation to the Westin will also be available.
All guests should arrive no later than 3:40pm to enjoy walking through the venue and finding your seat.
Our dress code is Black-Tie Optional. Women wear floor length gowns or dressy jumpsuits. Men wear tuxedos or suits. We encourage guests to incorporate the fall season into their outfits and feel their best dressed! Please note that portions of the evening will take place on grass, so choose your footwear accordingly.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. We do encourage you to uber in order to spend the night celebrating safetly!
Yes, the couple has reserved a room block at a discounted rate at The Westin Sarasota. A direct link to the reservation block can be found in the "Travel" page of this website. Be sure to book early before the rooms fill up!
We have planned for a beautiful outdoor ceremony and reception along the water. Cocktail hour will take place inside the mansion.
