Alexis and Dylan met on Snapchat in 2021 after both randomly adding new people. What started as a completely unexpected connection quickly turned into a once-in-a-lifetime love story. At the time, Alexis was living in Colorado while Dylan was stationed in California serving in the Army. After months of talking long distance, they finally met in person for the first time in March 2022 when Alexis and her family took a road trip to Disneyland. From that moment on, their connection only grew stronger. They continued their long-distance relationship until Dylan got out of the Army in December 2023. Soon after, they moved in together and began the next chapter of their love story side by side.

Dylan and Alexis had been together for four and a half years when Dylan finally asked the big question. To spend some special time together, they took a vacation to the Dominican Republic and stayed at a beautiful all-inclusive resort right on the beach. It was truly paradise.
