We met in high school through mutual friends as Donald is a year older than Alexis. In 2019, they became fast friends but fell out of touch. April 2020 during the pandemic, Donald reached back out to Alexis and they quickly rekindled their friendship. They spent their days into nights texting and FaceTiming and their friendship blossomed into more. They talked so much, Alexis’ then 2 year old sister Kamilla, fell in love with Donald. Alexis was hesitant to start a relationship as she was going to college in the fall. Since they say babies are a good judge of character, Alexis decided to give it a chance. 5 years later, she knows it’s easily one of the best decision she could’ve ever made!
