It takes her awhile to get her out of her comfort zone, but she’s definitely the person to be around if you want to have a good time. Moving away from her was hard, but our friendship remained solid and that’s why she will forever be my bestie.

Brea and I met back in college. We worked together and lived together. She is the life of the party and just so fun to be around. She’s the one who has all of the embarrassing memories of me. Anytime we step out together we are known as “foreign baes.” I’ve watched her blossom into the boss lady she is today and just happy to be able to call her my friend.

My boy Josh and I have been by each other side since the 7th grade. We been best friends ever since. We were the one two punch on the court together. We graduated at the top of our class together. We both went off to Alabama state together with the same major. We even moved in together our senior year in college. From there we went into the similar professions in the top private and public businesses in the world. He gave me the honor of being the best man at his wedding last year. So it is only right he is the best man in my wedding! You know how we do boy, 5 FIVES LIKE CHANGE FOR A TWENTY!!!!

We text in our little group literally every day, talking about everything under the sun; whether it be on some goofy stuff, words of encouragement, motivating each other, food cause we all love to eat, or me reminding him that he the son and I’m the daddy! Terance is my other older cousin. But he is like my brother as well. We text every day in our group chat as well. He be sharing some crazy psychopath videos but he one of the funniest dudes I know! I been knowing Mike since 11th grade! We use to stay clowning in the kitchen when we worked at Bojangles. This dude would randomly show up at my grandma house all the time to kidnap me and bring me back home at 1 or 2 in the morning while I had to be at work that same morning by 4 and he didn’t! Anytime we linked, I knew my face was going to be hurting 10 minutes into hanging out cause we will find something crazy to say or do and laugh about! Anytime I needed something, he always got it for me.

My boy Landry! We met in basic training together in the military. We were in the same platoon and two of the only black dudes in our platoon so we automatically clicked up lol. This dude sense of humor is unreal and contagious! He will make you laugh without him doing anything! For some reason he would always automatically appear to help get me off of choking or beating up another solider lol! We been thousands of miles apart since graduating training but anytime we hit each other up, it’s like we right where we left off in training. Nothing but smiles and laughs.

My boy Carter! We met when I got to my unit in the army guard. I quickly realized that he was one of the few folks (like myself) who just did not give a damn about your rank lol! You could not talk to us any kind of way or get us to do anything we didn’t feel like doing! We also shared the same no filter of a mouth with any and everyone haha. He is an amazing father to his daughters and grinding hard to be a doctor real soon. For that he has my respect as a man for life.

Zay and I met through Josh in college. He thought he could score on anyone until he played me lol! Zay is the ultimate finesser! This boy will talk his way into something good or out of something bad quick. I have always respected him for working his tail off to provide for himself, whether it’s 2 jobs or 6 jobs lol. He will find a way to make some money!
