We met during the first baseball meeting of the year. I was the manager, he obviously one of the players. We saw a lot each other at practice every day for long hours. He was nice so one day when I needed help with something to do with the team I messaged him. We were friends and then on Valentines Day neither of us had plans and (it gets cheesy here) my mom told me to ask someone to go out, "why not that Darin guy?" she said. So I did so and he said yes. It clicked from the start, we laughed and just talked all night long. After hanging out at practice and outside of practice, he finallyyy got the nerve to ask me to be his girlfriend on April 17, 2016.
