Alexis met her best friend Maggie in 6th grade. They didn't really like each other when they met but by 7th grade, they were best friends! Maggie was Alexis' partner in crime growing up, doing THE weirdest things with her (like microwaving multiple random items of food at midnight, making embarrassing dance videos, dressing up like complete idiots, etc.). Fun Fact: Cory once flushed Maggie to the Ministry of Magic!

Darren

Best Man

Cory met Darren in 8th grade but they didn't start hanging out until around junior year of high school. Cory and Darren used to have a sleepover every weekend where they would walk around DeKalb talking about girls until 3-4 am (rain, snow, or shine). Darren was Cory's first roommate and without him, Cory and Alexis might not have ended up together! Fun Fact: Alexis met Darren during Maggie's church sleepover around 2003!

Kylin

Alexis and Kylin have been close friends since 1997 when they were in the same 1st-grade class! Kylin moved away during 1st grade but she regularly had sleepovers with Alexis all the way through high school. Fun Fact: Kylin ALWAYS hurt herself somehow during the sleepovers: one time she cut her head open on the coffee table.

Cory met Jay through Mike sometime in elementary school. They became close during their senior year of high school when they were both on the Cross Country team! Fun Fact: Jay and Alexis have known each other since pre-school! They went to the same daycare.

Alison

Alexis and Alison have been friends since 2005. They met while on the Poms squad together but became close after high school! Their friendship played a key part in Alexis and Cory ending up together. Fun Fact: Alexis and Alison used to be back up dancers for Jay!

Scott

Cory and Scott used to go to lunch together every single day during their junior year of high school! They later became close friends in 2016 once they started playing D&D together. Fun Fact: Scott and Alison went to prom together!

Alexis and Alex met in 2018 at work and instantly became Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum! Their friendship is built on a solid foundation of bullying and name-calling one another but it’s all love. Fun fact: Alex did Cory’s makeup once. 😉

Mike was Cory's very first friend! They met sometime around 1993. Fun Fact: Mike messaged Alexis on Facebook to get to know her since he lives out of state.
