Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held outside at the Star Light Circle at the Detroit Yacht Club. The reception will be held inside the Ballroom.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will be phone free. Please trust our photographer to capture the ceremony and special moments without interference. We promise to share those photos with you. However, during the reception, yes! We would love for you to take photos and videos to share with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block at Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Downtown. Please book your room by August 29th under the Velliky/Jordan block. Please see Travel for more information and direct link to book.

Yes, there is parking onsite at the Detroit Yacht Club.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No, we recommend Uber or Lyft.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony will start at 5:30pm. Please plan to arrive 20 to 30 minutes ahead of start time.
