For those who plan to be in town a night early, join us for some welcome drinks before the big day! Dress Code: Semi-Formal (suits / ties and evening dresses are NOT necessary - feel free to wear khakis, button downs, polos, sports coats, jackets, summer dresses, jumpsuits, pantsuits, etc.) ***If you plan to drink at the welcome party, please bring your photo ID! The state of Maryland is required to card guests before serving alcohol.

Shuttle Transportation TO the Ceremony / Reception
3:45 pm - 4:30 pm
If you are staying at the hotels at Kent Narrows (Hilton, Hyatt, or Holiday Inn), we will be providing shuttles to the ceremony / reception. See below for the pickup times - please be prompt! 3:45pm - Holiday Inn 3:55pm - Hilton 4:00pm - Hyatt If you are staying at the Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, a separate transportation option will be provided from the Inn. Please be in the lobby by 4:30pm to be transported to the ceremony.
Ceremony + Reception
5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

We will have an indoor ceremony from 5:00-5:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly, so please arrive early. Guest access will begin at 4:30pm. After the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour at 5:30pm (indoor / outdoor, weather permitting). followed by a reception at 6:30pm, which will include a seated dinner and dancing. Dress Code: Cocktail Attire (suits and ties, long or short cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits and pantsuits) ***If you plan to drink at the cocktail hour and reception, please bring your photo ID! The state of Maryland is required to card guests before serving alcohol.
Shuttle Transportation FROM the Ceremony / Reception
10:30 pm - 11:00 pm
After the reception, we will be providing shuttles to either the after party at the Jetty OR back to the hotels at Kent Narrows (Hyatt, Hilton, or Holiday Inn). If you DO NOT plan to go to the after party and instead want to go directly back to the Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, a separate transportation option will be provided.
After Party

For anyone who wants to continue the party, we will be heading to The Jetty after the reception! Busses will transport guests from the venue to the after party, which is walkable to The Hyatt, Hilton, and Holiday Inn. There will be shuttles to transport guests who are staying at The Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club back at the end of the night. Dress Code: Come as you are after the wedding or if you want to change into something more comfortable first, feel free! The Hyatt, Hilton, and Holiday Inn are walkable from the after party location. ***The after party is a 21+ bar, so please bring your photo ID! The state of Maryland is required to card guests before entering the door.
