What time should I arrive?
Answer
It is suggested that you arrive at least 30 min prior to the ceremony to ensure you are seated properly and have enough time to use the restrooms.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Wedding Colors: Navy Blue, Maroon, and Matte Gold. (Please do not wear White, Tuxes, Jeans, or Gowns)

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
The final day to RSVP will be September, 1st 2024. Please RSVP through the website. It is important to have a correct guest count so we can provide all guests with food, drinks, and have an accurate seating chart. Please reach out to let us know if you have RSVP'd and will no longer be able to attend ASAP.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be taking place outdoors. The reception area is partially covered.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
November is a great time to vacation in Florida. With the average high being 79 and the average low being 59. The venue is lakeside so a light jacket is suggested in case a cool breeze comes through. Heating lamps and a firepit will be provided.

Has transport been arranged to and from the venue?
Answer
Transport is not provided. However, all suggested hotels are in close proximity, and uber/lyft is available in the area. If transport becomes an issue please reach out to us!

Parking is free at the venue.

Are you using a gift registry service?
Answer
Yes, you can find our requested items under the registry tab. You are also more than welcome to bring a gift to the venue. Please understand that gifts are not required and we are more than thankful for any gifts received.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Absolutely, It's a party! However, because we will be providing the beer & alcohol we may not carry your desired drink, i.e. (Bud Light instead of Coors). We will try our best to accommodate everyone! Non-alcoholic beverages such as sodas, juices, and water will also be provided at no cost. Please do not bring your own alcohol.

Can I bring my kids, friends, or significant other?

We have a specific wedding count. So, please confirm with us before bringing anyone else to the venue.

Yes, we will officially be the Chappell family!
