This goes without saying but it is a crazy time. We are doing our best to continue with the wedding because as you all know this virus will not go away next year. That being said, we are taking the steps to ensure our guests safety. So if you do not feel comfortable attending a big event please let us know and we will understand. It is an outdoor venue and for right now if we are allowed, our guest count is 100 people. If we have to cut down the guest list to immediate family and close friends please understand we want nothing more to celebrate with you all, but we have no control. If you feel like you need to wear a mask please feel free to do so (at this present time there is a mask requirement but we are unsure about the future). ALSO - this is obvious but if you are FEELING SICK or HAVE BEEN AROUND ANYONE WITH COVID-19 PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ATTENDING. We do have higher risk guests in attendance and would like to make this as safe as possible.
Semi-Formal please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
Unfortunately, the wedding is adults only. This is because it’s getting pricey adding everyone to the list. We both have a large family. So parents, plan for a sitter!
The names on the invites we send out are the only ones permitted into the venue. I’m so sorry and we feel terrible we can not afford to have a 500+ people wedding.
Heck yeah. Open bar ALWAYS.
We are making a seating chart, so we need both you and your plus ones name! First and last name please. Please make sure to RSVP no later than September 4th.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, it’s just you. We apologize but again have a limit to how many we are allowed to have in the venue.
The ceremony will start at 3. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before then so we can start the party! It will also allow you to ask any questions if you get lost on the way up. If you can’t find your way we will not be able to answer your questions as the ceremony would have already started.
September 4th. Or bring a sandwich and a chair.
