Camp Brazier-Waterman Grand Opening

Bring your finest camping attire.
Join us for the Weekend at Camp Brazier-Waterman! The grand opening will have light bites, smores, and drinks available. Please come fed on Friday evening -- there are many dining options available locally. Calvin and Alexis will be preparing the camp for Saturday's activities, so feel free to help out or hang out!
Stay at Camp Round Meadow

RSVP to this event if you would like to reserve a bed at Camp Round Meadow. RSVP must be made by Aug 1, 2025. We will send out cabin assignments and a suggested packing list afterwards. Please reach out to us with any accessibility concerns so we can address them together. There are single-bed rooms available on a limited basis. While the beds and accommodations will be provided, you will need to bring the following items: -Linens for twin bed or sleeping bag -Pillow -A Towel (or two) -Shower Shoes -Needed shower supplies (soap, shampoo, etc.)

Camp Activities

We will have camp activities during the day - yard game competitions, a scavenger hunt, maybe an alpaca? Snacks, coffee, and a light lunch will be available.
Wedding Reception
6:00 pm

It will be an outdoor wedding reception at a camp, so dressy casual to semi-formal attire is recommended. Recommend shoes that you can walk in grass and on gravel.
We will have an address for our guests at 5pm. Dinner will be provided afterwards. Dancing and merriment to follow!
