Ceremony & Reception

3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Bridesmaids will be in Black and Groomsmen will be in Green and Jeans! Come as you are, shorts and jeans are more than welcome and recommended!

We want everyone to have a fun and safe night celebrating with us! A shuttle “fun” bus (white painted school bus) will be available for all guests, and you do NOT need to be staying at the hotel to use it. The shuttle will depart from the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Newark. * Early Shuttle: will be leaving at 1:45 PM for the groomsmen, their guests, and anyone who wants to get to the venue early. * Main Shuttle: departs at 2:45 PM to ensure you arrive comfortably for the 3:30 PM ceremony. Return shuttles will start at 9:30 PM, with the last one leaving at 11:00 PM. There is parking available at the hotel and in downtown Newark. Please be aware that the road to the venue, Fallsburg Road, is a dark and winding country road so we wanted to provide a shuttle option, however there is plenty of parking at the venue as well.
