FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal; spring colors encouraged! For gentlemen, this typically means a suit or sports coat, with dress pants and dress shoes. For ladies, this typically implies cocktail and midi-length dresses, or stylish jumpsuits with heels or dressy flats. While spring colors are not required, we do highly encourage spring pastels and/or florals, as this is the theme for our wedding and will look nice for formal pictures. For shoe choice, please keep in mind that our ceremony will be located outdoors in the grass.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating for the ceremony will open at 4:00 pm, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early to allow yourself enough time to park and secure your preferred seating before the ceremony starts. The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Once it begins, you will unfortunately have to wait until it is over to join our celebration.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our day with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space and a tight guest list, we can only accommodate guests specifically listed on your invite. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you go to RSVP on our website.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults and teens-only celebration (ages 15+), with the exception of the children in our wedding party. Thank you for understanding!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through our wedding website by March 18th at the latest. We understand that life gets busy; however, we will need our final headcount no later than this date. If you happen to forget to RSVP on time, please message the bride/groom, or mother of the bride, Shawna Nunez. If we have no RSVP for you or your family, we will not be able to accommodate you.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a designated parking area in the empty lot located to the left of the house. We will have plenty of room for all of our guests to park; however, carpooling is encouraged.

Question

How should I enter the venue?

Answer

When you arrive, please park in the designated area. Make your way to the welcome table (under the pergola) to grab a program and refreshment before the ceremony begins, then find your seats.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We are thrilled to share that there will be an open bar from the start of cocktail hour until 11 pm. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the entire event.

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

For any questions or concerns, please feel free to text Shawna Nunez, mother of the bride, at 407.927.6579.
