What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 2:30pm to be seated for the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 3pm.

Following the ceremony, an indoor cocktail hour will precede the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle FROM the venue to local hotels; Turning Stone, Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott Verona, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Verona, Hampton Inn Verona at Turning Stone, and Sandstone Hollow Inn. The shuttle does NOT go to Vernon Downs. *You are allowed to leave your car in the parking lot of the Dibbles Inn overnight, but it will have to be picked up by noon the following day.*
