Welcome Party (Friday night) - "Dressy casual," festive, traditional casual, etc. Wedding Ceremony (Saturday afternoon) - Cocktail or Formal Wedding Reception (Saturday night) - Cocktail or Formal After Party - Come as you are!

When and where will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be sufficient transportation for all guests on Saturday, October 5th. The 44 passenger charter buses will follow the schedule below: 1:15 PM: Bus 1 picks up guests from Brenton Hotel, Bus 2 picks up guests from Newport Marriott, and Bus 3 picks up guests from Sonesta. All buses will transport guests to church by 1:30 PM. 3:15 PM: All three buses return with guests to respective hotels. 5:30 PM: Bus 1 picks up guests from Brenton Hotel, Bus 2 picks up guests from Newport Marriott, and Bus 3 picks up guests from Sonesta. All buses will then head to Rosecliff for reception, arriving at approximately 6:00 PM EST. 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM: Return trips from venue to hotels. Bus 1 will go to the Brenton and afterparty, Bus 2 will go to the Marriott and afterparty, and Bus 3 will go back to the Sonesta and afterparty (the afterparty is at the co-located Skiff Bar/Newport Marriott). 11:30 PM to 01:00 AM: Bus 3 stays on site at the afterparty to take guests back to the Sonesta.
