Our story begins on the campus of Virginia Union University. I was an incoming sophomore and Troy was a returning student. Desperate to find a work study position, I took a job as the library receptionist. Little did I know the Man of my Dreams would walk thru those doors in the coming weeks. Our relationship started as a casual conversation between a group of random people in the computer lab, until eventually, we exchanged numbers and continued our conversations. Finally, we officially began our relationship December 3, 2015. 😉😍

As the years progressed, Troy and I worked hard to finish school! The day had come to walk across the stage and receive our degrees! In front of friends and family, we completed a major milestone in our life TOGETHER! I didnt believe the day could get any better! Following graduation, we met with friends and family to celebrate our accomplishments. It was during dinner Troy proposed and made me the happiest girl in the world (I know very cliché). He said “Will you Marry Me?” I said “YES” and the rest is history! ❤️
