You should arrive at least 30 minutes early. Please allow yourself time to park, sign the guest book and find a seat.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at the time referenced on your invitation with doors opening one hour prior. If you arrive late, we ask that you respectfully wait in the main building until the start of cocktail hour. Late entry will not be permitted after the wedding party's arrival by all means necessary. Please plan accordingly.
Dress to impress! Our wedding is a semi-formal event! No jeans and please refrain from wearing all white!
This will be an unplugged ceremony. We ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Please also refrain from sharing any images of the bride and groom online until after our official marriage announcement.
Unfortunately, our venue can only accommodate up a certain number of guests. We would have loved to include everyone, but this celebration will be small and intimate. With that being said, we are unable to accommodate plus one's unless noted otherwise on your official invitation. Names that are not enclosed on the envelope did not receive an invite.
We love your little one's just as much as we love you, but this is strictly an adult-only occasion. We want you to fully immerse yourself into the evening, enjoying everything that the celebration has to offer.
If you do not respond by September 15th, 2025, your response will be marked as "Not Attending". No exceptions! We are extremely limited on invites so please give us the courtesy of replacing your spot with another loved one if you are unable to attend. Invitees who arrive without an official RSVP will not be accommodated.
We understand that emergencies and life happen unexpectedly. Please be mindful by contacting us the moment that you find out you can no longer attend, even if it's the week or the morning of the wedding; please let us know! We would love to invite a friend or loved one who we weren't able to originally include since we prioritized our immediate family and friends.
Unfortunately, there will not be an open bar. A cash bar will be available for guest (bring your Stanley lol). Please drink responsibly and arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want everyone to make it home safely!
