Where will the wedding be held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Talking Stick Golf Club (9998 E Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85256).

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before 3:45 pm to the venue. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. Ladies: Formal cocktail attire is appropriate (long dresses/fancy cocktail dresses/dressy jumpsuits encouraged). Gentlemen: Suit and tie is appropriate (tuxedos or dark suits and ties encouraged).

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. There will be fireplaces and heaters for this portion, however, we recommend for ladies to bring a warm layer such as a shawl in case it is chilly. The reception will be held indoors.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1st using the RSVP tab on our website. The RSVP tab will become visible when invites are sent out.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue.

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

There will be a provided shuttle service for guests staying in our hotel block. If you intend to take the shuttle, please indicate this in your RSVP. More information about the shuttle departure times will be posted here as we get closer to the wedding date!
