The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa

The room block is available from November 10th to November 14th. Guests may contact the hotel directly with the information if they would like to extend their travel dates outside the designated dates. Please note it is a moving room block meaning 25 percent of rooms will drop by May 10th, an additional 25% will drop off by July 10th, and so on. The final date to book is October 10th, 2026. While this is the final date, we prefer our guests to book their room as soon as possible. Please click View below to reserve your room within our room block. We kindly ask our guests to fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR) in Costa Rica. This is the closest airport to our wedding venue and the most convenient option for transportation and hotel transfers.

Airport Transportation Information For those flying into Liberia International Airport (LIR), we’ve arranged convenient transportation options to The Westin Reserva Conchal, our wedding venue. Transportation Options: Private Van: $195.49 USD (includes taxes) for up to 4 passengers per one-way trip. Each additional passenger is $16.95 USD. Maximum of 9 passengers per van. Private SUV: $302.84 USD (includes taxes) for up to 5 passengers per one-way trip. Shared Shuttle: $39.55 USD per person, per way (taxes included). Departs from LIR at 4:00 p.m. Returns from The Westin at 10:00 a.m. (boarding at 9:45 a.m.; arrival at the airport around 11:30 a.m.) Reservation Details: Please use the link we provided to book your shuttle service through Go CR Vision. Advance reservations are highly recommended to secure your spot. Bookings made within 12 hours of travel are considered last minute and will incur an additional 20–30% charge. Payments must be completed online at least 48 hours before your scheduled transfer. Go CR Vision also offers ground transportation services throughout Costa Rica if you’d like to explore other areas before or after the wedding
