UPDATE: The rooms are completely booked and we are looking forward to seeing everyone soon! We have reserved a block of 15 rooms at the Hampton Inn in Lincolnton. The block is under "Moore Velez Wedding".

We will have one driver for the evening. His name is Carlos and he will be driving Hector’s white Honda Pilot which holds 7 passengers at a time. He will begin picking up parties at 2:00 with the absolute last pickup time of 3:30. Please sign up for a time slot for you and your party. This list will be provided to Carlos before the first pick up and he will have signs designated with each member in the party’s names for that trip. *** We kindly ask that if you see a slot already has a name entered please do not change it ***
Travel Note
Ceremony The ceremony will take place on the left side of Hector's house (if you are looking at it from the street). It will be outside and tented. We are asking that it be a device free ceremony. Cocktail Hour Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00pm in the backyard of Hector's house (to the right of the ceremony site). It will be an open bar with wine and beer as well as two signature his and hers cocktails. The bar will continue to be open through the reception until 9:30. Reception Reception Dinner Reception will take place in the same site as the ceremony. We will be having Puerto Rican food catered by Redneck Rican, a wonderful food truck from the Concord area. Please see the reception area in the schedule tab for more information on the food options that will be served. Reception Party Following dinner we will transition back to the back yard area for the party portion of the evening. There will be dancing, drinks, games, and soo many photo opportunities so please take as many pictures as you'd like to help us commemorate the evening! Bathrooms The bathroom trailer will be located on the right side of the house (if looking at it from the street). There will be 3 stalls available for use. We kindly ask that guests do not use the bathrooms inside the house.
