When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 22, 2024 using the QR code on the invitation or the RSVP tab on this website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear formal evening attire such as a cocktail or full-length dress, dress pants and collared shirt, or a suit and tie. Dress to impress! Please note that the venue does not permit jeans or sneakers.

Is there parking at Villa Borghese?

Answer

Yes! There is on-site parking and valet parking available at the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could extend the invite but in order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation.

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at Villa Borghese (70 Widmer Rd Wappingers Falls , NY 12590)

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors in Villa Borghese's Garden. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Poughkeepsie/Fishkill Hotel. Please visit the "Hotel" link on the website for more information. You must book your room before Tuesday, August 6th to receive the group rate. Please book sooner than later, to ensure we have enough rooms reserved.

Can I check into the Hotel early/ check out late?

Answer

Hilton Garden Inn Poughkeepsie / Fishkill checkin time is at 3pm and checkout is at 11am. All guests who arrive before the checkin time will be accomodated as rooms become available. The Hotel can arrange to check bags for those arriving early if rooms are not available for early check-in. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and hotel approval.
