We've reserved a room block so that our out of town guests may be together. The hotel is centrally located to all of the wedding weekend events, and we've arranged for a shuttle to transport guests between the hotel and Saturday's activities on August 8. The room rate is $189+tax/night and rooms can accommodate up to 6 guests per room. The last day to book is July 8, 2026.

A shuttle will depart from SpringHill Suites - Winter Park at 2:15pm to transport guests directly to Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church for the wedding ceremony. Alternatively, guests may make their own arrangements, but must arrive to the ceremony no later than 2:45pm.

A shuttle will depart Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church at 4:45pm following the wedding ceremony to transport guests to the Winter Park Events Center for the cocktail hour and dinner reception.

A shuttle will escort guests from the Winter Park Events Center back to SpringHill Suites at 9:45pm. Please note that all guests - whether taking the shuttle or not - must depart the Winter Park Events Center by 10:00pm due to venue requirements.
