Question

Are there any colors to stay away from when picking my outfit?

Answer

We are having a spring wedding, so keep your outfits light in color if you have it! We ask that you stay away from blues or any dark color(like black, burgundy, grey). With that said we want you to be comfortable and happy with your outfit so don’t stress too much. Semi formal is perfect for this event!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will start ushering guests in at 3:30. The doors for the ceremony will close promptly at 4. If you are running late, that is okay, just please wait outside of the venue until the ceremony is over.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We hope that we will have this option, but for now just RSVP for yourself. If you want a to bring a date that was not on your invitation, please text Lexi or Keating and ask. Hopefully we can accommodate, but it is not certain due to the capacity limitations.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our venue is far out in the country and there are not any hotels near it. We recommend getting an airbnb in Bella Vista or Bentonville as these are the two closest cities. We did however add a few hotels that we recommend in nearby cities.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We will have our daughter there as well and would love to see your kids. Please include them on your RSVP. We will also have baby sitters during the reception so that parents can enjoy without worrying about their kids! Please text Lexi or Keating if you would like to use these sitters for smaller children so we can make sure that we have enough hands on deck!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is! But please be mindful. There is an open bar at this event, so it would be best to car pool and have a sober driver. The roads to the venue are jagged and it’s better to be safe than sorry! Also, the drive from the main road to the venue is a dirt road. We would recommend not bringing a low riding or sports car. Lexi learned first hand!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon! However, we already have everything we need for our home, so it is just a few small things! If you feel moved to give a monetary donation, we will have a honeymoon fund set up as well!

Is the venue wheel chair accessible?

Answer

This is an indoor/outdoor venue. Where we will be having the ceremony is on a medium sized hill. The indoor area and deck are accessible!

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

Right after the ceremony we will have a cocktail hour. This will include an open bar and Bride and Groom’s favorites snack options!
