When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please rsvp by November 3 2025. If we don’t receive your rsvp by the date provided, it will be automatically marked as “ Declined “. You can rsvp easily by following the steps on the next page titled rsvp. Anyone unable to rsvp on the website please reach out to Alexia or Javette at earliest convenience

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park and take your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be seated and will have to wait until the start of the cocktail hour.

What time does the ceremony start?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 p.m. The doors will open at 4:30 p.m. Once doors close at 4:55pm no one will be permitted to enter until the cocktail hour starts. The cocktails hour and reception will follow immediately afterwards in the same location.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited numbers we will only accommodate those formally invited and plus ones have already been included and informed.

Will there be an open bar?

Of course!! While the drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. Please drink responsibly!!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up with us so the dress code is elegant and formal attire. Ladies can wear floor length, tea length midi or cocktail formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear suits with or without jacket collard,button down with slacks but please no jeans, tshirts, white, cream or ivory.

Will we be able to take pictures?
Answer
We will be having an "Unplugged Ceremony". This means no photos during the ceremony. We ask that all guests follow this so that everyone can be completely present during our special time. Our hired photographer will be taking photos during that time. Feel free to take all the pictures you would like after the ceremony. There will be a link available during cocktail hour so that you can take/share all of the great memories you were able to capture!

Can I post photos of the wedding on social media
Answer
We kindly ask that no photos or videos from our wedding be shared on social media until we have had the opportunity to post. We would like to enjoy these special moments with our closest family and friends first. We greatly appreciate your understanding and respect in keeping them private until then. Thank you!

Yes there will be complimentary parking available for all invited guests

The ceremony will be held outside. Cocktail/ Reception will be held inside with access to outdoors

If you have any specific dietary needs, please let us know via your RSVP, and we will be happy to accommodate you. There will be be a few selections available and will accommodate accordingly

We have all the things we need to accommodate our lifestyle as we have been living together for sometime. Your presence is as much the gift to celebrate our special day. However if you would like to plant a seed we do have a honeyfund you can contribute to by clicking on the registry tab you will see the options available.
