What Happens If I Do Not RSVP In Time?

Answer

If we do not get a RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No. We Will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. Thank you for understanding!

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! Please see your invitation for the number of seats reserved in your honor. As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. If you requested a plus one but did not see one on your RSVP, please allow time for declines to come that may open up space for your guest.

What Should I Wear? Is There A Dress Code?

We wanna see you dress to impress! This is an ALL BLACK AFFAIR! We are excited to have a black-tie wedding and ask all women to wear a black formal gown and men to wear a black suit and tie, or tuxedo! Thank you!

Can We Take Our Own Pictures + Videos Throughout the Day?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures of videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos + videos throughout the course of the reception! This is such a special day for us + we have the most amazing photography team documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate, and be in the moment with us!

When Should I Expect My Formal Invitation?

Formal invitations will be sent out digitally in January. RSVP will close on March 22th.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Doors to the venue will open at 3:45 p.m. We ask that all guests arrive 30 minutes early to sign in and find a seat as doors will lock at 4:20 p.m. Once doors are locked, no one will be permitted to enter the ceremony.

Will The Wedding Festivities Be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour is slated to be both inside and outside contingent upon the weather.

Will Alcohol Be Served?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar courtesy of the bride and groom. Please drink responsibility and make arrangements to get home safely.

What Safety Measures Will Be Put In Place for COVID-19?

Answer

We can not predict the trends of COVID in April 2024. Although we are elated to celebrate this moment with all of our loved ones, the safety of our guests and staff is our number one priority. With that being said, please STAY HOME if you begin to exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 and FLU or if you have been exposed to anyone carrying the virus. Sanitizing stations will be set up at different corners of the venue. Masks will NOT be required, but we fully understand that everyone's comfort levels may vary. Please feel free to wear your masks and social distance if you so choose. Your preferences will be respected.
