When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you please RSVP no later than March 1st.

Can I bring a date?

Please check the names on your invitation. If a guest has been allotted to you, it will be indicated on your invitation.

Are children welcome?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children at the ceremony and reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

As the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, we ask that you arrive prior to so that you may relax and mingle prior to the start of the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Arbor Midtown is located conveniently next to the Hyatt Regency and Hilton so those staying the night in Rochester may walk to the venue. Complimentary valet parking will be available to those driving.

Is the ceremony location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

There are two elevators within Arbor Midtown to bring guests to the ceremony and reception space.

But what will I wear?!

Formal attire is requested for this event.

Is it okay to take photos with phones/cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony. Our wonderful photography team will be taking photos to capture the moment. However, please take as many fun photos as you'd like during the reception!

How will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Cocktail hour will include a large charcuterie board. Dinner will be plated. Please make sure to mark your dinner preference when you complete your RSVP. For those interested in drinking, an open bar will be available during cocktail hour and after dinner.

Please note any dietary restrictions when completing your RSVP so that we may work with our caterer to address your specific needs.
