Check in time: 4:00 pm Check-out time: 11:00 am Standard double rooms are ~$130.00 a night. Upgrades are available upon request. Rooms are available to the group at the above discounted rate until 5/28/21. After this date, guests are still able to qualify for the discounted block rate but room availability is no longer guaranteed by the hotel. We ask that guests please be proactive and do not wait to book room(s) at the last minute, as there are no other lodging options within the area if the hotel runs out of availability due to high demand in the summer months. For those of you arriving on Saturday, please ask the hotel for early check-in to possibly get a room before the 4:00 p.m. check in time.

Shuttle

Cardinal Transportation

July 10, 2021 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm

For the safety of our guests a shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. In the afternoon, there will be 2 shuttles running in parallel taking guests from the hotel to the venue. Departures to the venue for both shuttles will run at the following times: 3:45 pm 4:15 pm Since there are only 2 pick up times transporting guests from the hotel to the venue, please be sure to be outside the lobby with plenty of time to catch the shuttle...we would like to prevent any stragglers before the ceremony! :) In the evening, there will be 1 shuttle taking guests from the venue back to the hotel. Departures to the hotel will run at the following times: 9:30 pm 10:00 pm 10:30 pm 11:00 pm Please note that between the final guest pick up at 4:00 pm to the first drop off at 9:30 pm there will ne no shuttle services available for guests.

Unfortunately, due to the rural location of the lodge & venue, common ridesharing services (Uber/Lyft) are not available. Guests should be sure to plan accordingly for any additional transportation that is required outside of the shuttle service being offered to and from the lodge & venue on the day of the wedding.
