Do I need a visa to visit Vietnam?

Answer

YES. Many sources are out of date, but people from the majority of countries around the world, including the US are required to have a visa.

I can't arrive until May 13th, is this okay?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony is on May 14th. An extra day is built in to accommodate any flight changes. Please let me know if you will be arriving late so I can inform the hotel. Contact: virginia.robinson.film@gmail.com

I need to leave the resort before May 17th, is this okay?

Answer

Yes, there are extra free days built in that allow guests to relax or sight see on the island, but you do not have to participate in these. Please let me know if you will be leaving early. Contact: virginia.robinson.film@gmail.com

Where can I send a gift?

Answer

Due to the destination of the wedding we are not expecting gifts. We live in Japan and are also not expecting mailed gifts.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi- formal/ cocktail attire. The ceremony will be by the beach (barring inclement weather) and the reception will be inside, so please keep this in mind when choosing an outfit. The month of May in Phu Quoc is very hot and humid, so lighter breathable fabrics are recommended. The colors for the theme are lavender shades, grey, and light green. However, you may wear whichever color you choose.
