In case you were curious, we met on the little island of North Topsail Beach where we are getting married. My best friend and I have been spending short summer vacations there for almost ten years. Alex moved to the Island a couple years ago with one of his friends to enjoy beach life. On one of these short trips in June, my friend and I were hanging out, dancing and drinking at the tiki bar, the local water hole, and in walked Alex. He asked me to dance which lead to us spending the rest of night talking together on beach, watching the moon dance on the edge of the ocean, under the beautiful starlit sky. Lucky for us both, the conversation never ended and our story continues to be written in the stars!
