...Alex and Brooke became fast friends at the University of South Carolina when one of Alex’s best men, Max Sharawy, introduced the two outside the USC Honors College dorm. Alex left for the Air Force after a year at South Carolina. They reconnected when Alex was stationed at Fort Gordon in Augusta and Brooke was finishing up her senior year at USC.

...they started officially dating on May 9th of 2021, the day after Brooke graduated and a week before Brooke was moving cross-country to her home state of Washington. The couple persevered through long distance for about six months, visiting each other sporadically, until Brooke landed a job outside of Washington D.C. Alex followed her there shortly and they’ve been in the area ever since.

...the couple adopted their lovable mutt, Kato, in June 2024. Engaged a month later in July of 2024, Alex and Brooke are excited for the future and cannot wait to celebrate with you in September!!!
