This is, by far, Chad and Alex's favorite brewery in Cincinnati! Located in an old Church, Taft has good food, great beer and an amazing atmosphere.
We like to go here for cocktails on Friday nights (you can go any day of the week!). They have Old Fashioneds on tap - overall just a great cocktail bar (inside - no outdoor space).
Speakeasy type of joint. :) They have AMAZING PIZZA on the first floor and upstairs is a great bourbon bar. If you're looking for a good Old Fashioned - go here. Ladies, they have a full bar menu and make great cocktails, too!
If you're looking for an outdoor bar with incredible Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky views - come here. It's two stories of outdoor bar space - they have great food (think salads, flatbreads, bar appetizer type stuff). If you're wondering - yes, it's probably going to be packed and there is limited shade, but it's worth the view!
Best brunch spot in Cincinnati- with one location on the Banks and another in OTR. The waffles alone are incredible, and Alex thinks the McWaffle is the best breakfast sandwich in the world. Try the goetta for a taste of Cincinnati.
You'll know as soon as you walk in that there's history with this place. Arnold's has been around since 1861 and is the oldest bar in Cincinnati. They always have a decent local beer list, good food and live music. Large groups are hard here - call ahead if you're planning to go with more than 4-6.
Head up the hill to Chad's favorite neighborhood in Cincinnati - Mt. Adams - and check out Blind Lemon for a low key atmosphere, drinks and live music in the courtyard.
Need some coffee? Check out Coffee Emporium.
Around since 1852, Findlay Market is an open air farmers market with crafts, live music and terrific food vendors. Plus, it's only a block from Rhinegeist. Don't walk- take the Street Car or an Uber.
Free museum in the heart of downtown Cincinnati- usually they have one special exhibit.
Best tacos in Cincinnati...according to Chad- and some great Outlaw Country music playing in the background. Alex loves their margaritas and queso. If you get there after 4 p.m., except at least an hour wait. Not a great place for large groups.
Trendy gourmet Mexican. Cool spot. Great tacos and margaritas. They take reservations and can accommodate large groups.
Check out a Reds game! Take in the Banks beforehand for pregame food and drinks.
Good spot for running and long walks on the riverfront. Head on over to Kentucky via the Purple People Bridge.
Beautiful urban park in the heart of OTR with iconic Music Hall overlooking.
Drink some Cincinnati beer and the food is pretty good, too. They take reservations and can accommodate large groups.
Every Memorial Day weekend, Taste of Cincinnati takes place downtown as every restaurant in the area has a booth and thousands come downtown for a weekend of food, drinks and entertainment.
Should be a beautiful weekend to check out the Cincinnati Zoo, one of the best in the country!
Check out the Cincinnati Natural History Museum, Children's Museum and Cincinnati History Museum in the old train station.
you can't come to Cincinnati without having some skyline chili- try a three-way!
