Where is Middletown?

From Fairfax/Northern Virginia, it's one hour West down I-66, near where I-66 and I-81 meet. It's 10 mins from Front Royal and 20 mins South of Winchester.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal or dressy casual. If the weather holds out, the ceremony may be outdoors. You may want to bring some dancing shoes for later in the night!

What is the food and drink situation?
Answer
We're having passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. There's an open bar which includes Backroom Brewery's delicious craft beers on draft, wine, iced tea and cucumber water. Dinner will be served buffet style and the caterers will invite guests up by table. If you have specific food allergy or dietary questions please let us know ASAP or check with the catering team. NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED ON SITE.

What kind of music will there be?

Music Road Co from Southwest VA is a cooperative of common creative companions conspiring to command your cognitive locomotion. In other words, they're going to get you dancing! Performing as an 8-piece, they'll move fluidly from funk to reggae, rock to afrobeat, blues and soul to island dance and back again.

What's the COVID policy?
Answer
Follow CDC guidelines. Do not attend if you feel sick (get tested if you aren't sure). If you are not fully vaccinated you should wear a mask over your nose and mouth and maintain distance from others when inside. Basic disposable masks will be provided. Wash your hands and sanitize often. Cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough. There is a temperature checking device at the entrance to the reception venue.
