Flight
For guests who will be flying, we would recommend flying into Querétaro Airport (QRO), which is roughly an hour away from town center. Alternatively, guests can fly to Guanajuato International Airport (BJX), which is an hour and a half away from town center, but has slightly fewer options than QRO. Mexico City (MEX) is also an option, but please be aware it will be a four hour car ride to San Miguel de Allende.
Travel Note
While there are numerous reputable and safe taxis available at all airports, we would strongly recommend pre-arranging transportation to and from the airport (car service or rental car), particularly if traveling in large groups to avoid wait times. Please reach out for recommendations on car services to the extent you need help.
Shuttle

The primary shuttles will pick up / drop off guests on the day of the ceremony, running to and from the Rosewood Hotel at regular cadence. The shuttles will leave the Rosewood hotel at 12:50 PM - 1:00 PM on Saturday and will begin returning throughout the course of the evening following dinner. The last shuttle of the evening will depart at 3:10 AM. To the extent you miss the shuttle, ubers and taxis are readily available.

This is one of the most luxurious options in San Miguel de Allende and is beautifully positioned within the city center. Additionally, this is where the the welcome party will be hosted and will be the central hub for pick up / drop off for shuttles throughout the course of the weekend, so we highly recommend the Rosewood if you are a fan of convenience! This is directly across the street from the Rosewood hotel and is beautifully situated in the heart of town. This is quite a bit cheaper than the Rosewood but same level of convenience.

This is a beautiful yet more affordable hotel option that is not far from the Rosewood and is easily walkable (less than 5 minute walk).
House Or Rental
There are a number of AirBnbs / VRBOs / other boutique hotel options throughout San Miguel de Allende that are exceptional quality and affordable. If you are with a big group, I would recommend looking into a house rental, as the options are quite nice. Please note the primary pick up / drop off location will be at the Rosewood Hotel.
