It’s about a 30-minute drive North from Sarasota, though the exact time may vary depending on where you're staying.
The doors to the ceremony courtyard will open at 5:15 PM. You're welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early. Please keep in mind that traffic in Sarasota can be heavy this time of year, so we recommend allowing an extra 15–20 minutes for travel.
The venue is located in downtown Bradenton, with free public parking available both on the street and in the parking garage across the street.
Due to limited space at our venue, we’ve made the tough decision to keep the wedding majority adults-only, with a few exceptions. This wasn’t easy for us, as we adore your little ones, but we hope you understand and know how much it means to have you there with us.
We would love to see our friends and family dress up. Our dress code is formal attire. We have included the color palette with your invitation that reflects the tones we’d love our guests to wear on our special day. We kindly ask the ladies to avoid wearing white, so the bride can truly shine.
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.
If we don’t receive your RSVP on time, we will follow up with a phone call or we will assume that you are unable to attend, as it’s important for us to provide our vendors with a final guest count by their deadline. Thank you for your understanding!
The weather is 75-80 degrees in the day, but the evenings may be a bit chilly - we recommend bringing a light jacket.
Our wedding will take place in the evening, which coincides with peak traffic hours as many people will be commuting home from work. Additionally, it is spring break season, so roads may be busier than usual. We kindly ask all guests to allow extra travel time and plan accordingly to ensure a timely arrival.
