Our story begins as friends who loved each others company. In 2017, Vanessa was working as a part time employee at an Elementary School as well as a waitress at Old Chicago, while Alex was working at Fort Riley as a firefighter. Some flirtatious banter was exchanged back and forth as a frequent visitor Alex was at Old Chicago, Alex and Vanessa discovered a mutual love for food, laughter, and late nights in Aggieville with friends - the rest is history! Four years worth of memories later and we've become home owners in Junction City, become dog parents to a spunky auggie named Stella, and have developed a passion for traveling. In February of 2020, Alex popped the question at our favorite restaurant Nobu, in Miami Florida. Vanessa of course said yes. We can't wait for this exciting new chapter to begin!
