FAQs

If you have any questions that aren't listed, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom!
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm. Please arrive at the church no later than 1:45pm to ensure your spot.

Question

Is there parking at the ceremony/reception?

Answer

There will be parking for our guests at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. Parking for the reception at The Star is limited, and we recommend parking at your hotel and walking over if you are staying at the Omni, or ubering to the reception if you are staying elsewhere.

Question

Are kids welcome at the wedding ceremony/reception?

Answer

We love each and every one of your kiddos, but are looking forward to having an adults-only ceremony and reception so our favorite moms and dads can tear up the dance floor with us all night long!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please utilize the RSVP tool to locate your name. Information regarding a plus one can be found there if one was provided.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie. We encourage a tuxedo or suit and tie for men, and cocktail or floor-length dresses for women.

Question

I have dietary restrictions, who should I notify?

Answer

Please notify the bride or groom for any dietary restrictions.

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

Our church ceremony will end around 3:30pm. Cocktail hour begins promptly at 5:00pm at The Star Headquarters building. We encourage you to make your way back to the Star District following the ceremony, and have a drink at the hotel bar or a nearby restaurant before meeting us at 5:000pm for the party!
