Question

Can I use the on-site fire pit?

Answer

Yes! However, if the fire pit is lit, it must be done so by an authorized Ramble Creek Events rep and the fire is to be contained to the fire pit area. Do not light the fire yourself.

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking is limited to the Ramble Creek Parking lot only. Parking is not allowed off the concrete or gravel areas.

Can I smoke on-site?

Answer

In order to adhere to our venue's smoking policy, no smoking is allowed inside the building or on the covered Veranda, nor on the lawns or pathways. Smoking is allowed in the parking areas only. We do ask that if you do smoke, please be mindful of other guests in attendance who may have sensitivities, the bride and groom included.

Can I bring my pet?

Answer

Sadly, we will not be allowing any pets to be in attendance at our ceremony in order to avoid any undesired messes, and a more undesired clean up fee, should any waste be left behind.

Can I bring my own drinks or food?

Answer

No. All food and drink MUST come through Ramble Creek Events LLC, with the exception of alcohol to be used at the service bar ONLY. The bride and groom will have limited options for beer, wine, and mixed drinks, so if you would like to contribute to the bar, we advise monitary donation. No alcohol is allowed to be consumed on RCE property except that which is served by RCE staff.

How can we get around the venue property to enjoy the views?

Answer

While walking through the Ramble Creek Vinyard and remaining property is highly encouraged, the property has also granted us one golf cart for use on the day of the event. It is to only be operated by an individual over the age of 16 and is to be used in a professional and respectful manner as it pertains to potential damage to the property at RC and to the cart itself.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held on the lower lawn of our venue, and the weather in the area has an average high of 66 degrees that time of year. We'd love our guests to dress in semi-formal to business formal attire. Please dress with the grass lawn and weather in mind. Our reception will be primarily indoors, but we will have access to the outdoor areas of the venue for the whole night for those who would like to spend time outside.
