A gorgeous place to stroll through. Was the first location scouted for possible wedding venues.

Near Alex’s place of work and a great outdoor space to take a stroll.
Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium
It’s the best zoo in the country, what can we say? This is definitely a day long adventure if you want to explore everything it has to offer.

Gorgeous historical spot to check out. Great place for photo ops!
Old Market Emporium
A great novelty shop in the Old Market to check out!
Amazing Imaginarium
This one’s a bit nerdy but there are so many cool things to look at in this shop. One of Sydney’s favorite places to look around. It is also located in the Old Market.
Hollywood Candy
Very cute and fun place for the whole family. Lots of sweet treats and pinball machines to play. Definitely a novelty stop in Omaha’s Old Market. Very close by is a delicious ice cream shop that offers dairy free options as well!
Clio
A favorite date night spot for us. We actually dined here with family the night of our engagement! Every item is delicious (Sydney recommends the branzino).
Ooh De Lally
This one is another great date night spot. The menu rotates through the seasons. This one is not in downtown but very worth the travel.
Twisted Fork
Delicious food and decently priced. Good for families! Rumor has it, there’s a speak easy located in the building called The Vault.
Trini's
A beautiful location tucked away in the Old Market. Fantastic Mexican food!
M's Pub
M’s Pub is an Omaha staple and despite the name is more of a restaurant/bar. Fantastic ambiance and the food is phenomenal.
Via Farina Downtown
Located in Little Italy. It’s a small dining space but very quaint. HIGHLY recommend the Burrata as an appetizer. They make their tomato chutney in-house. There’s also an exclusive menu with featured dishes.
Mr. Toad
This one is our favorite bar in the Old Market. Sit down in the outdoor courtyard out front and a server will come to you to take your drink orders. Great prices and great vibes.
Laka Lono Rum Club
This bar is more fun. Definitely a themed ambiance but so cool to check out.
Wicked Rabbit
This one is another themed bar, almost with a speak easy vibe. The cocktails are delicious!
HAVANA GARAGE
This cigar bar is located in the Old Market down a couple spots down from our favorite, Mr. Toad’s. Must say, they make a MEAN whisky sour and have a huge collection of bottles for you to choose from.
