- HORS D’OEUVRES & COCKTAILS - start 6pm - DINNER SERVICE- start 7pm [Surf &Turf]- Grilled filet mignon and broiled lobster tail, mash potatoes, grilled broccolini. [Chilean Sea Bass]- sweet Thai chili sauce, black forbidden rice. [Sautéed Broccolini & Crispy Tofu]- soy glazed tofu, ginger broccoli puree, roasted red pepper, sunflower seed.

What’s the dress attire?

Answer

Semi-formal or cocktail attire. Orange County is great for warm weather late in the summer so make sure you’re comfortable. Remember to bring comfortable dancing shoes.

Reception starts at 6pm. There will be an open bar and appetizers Dinner service starts at 7pm Dance floor opens after dinner service until 1am
