Alex and Stephanie met 9 years ago, but didn’t start dating until 3 years later. They met through Stephanie’s sister, Natalie. They went on their first date in October 2014 (Chili’s), but made it official January 1st, 2015! She had the pleasure of meeting his family late January and he meet hers in February! Both Alex and Stephanie had their own kid. Michael was 7 when he meet Stephanie. And Ethan was 2 1/2 when he meet Alex! Alex fell in love with her because of her big heart and love for horror movies. She fell in love with him because of his kind soul and being a family man. Like any relationship they had their troubles, but did whatever it took to stay together. Their strength and love for one another made them stronger as a couple and individuals. On January 1st, 2020 ( 5th dating Anniversary), Alex asked Stephanie to marry him. Of course she said yes! Her’s and his eyes were filled with tears of happiness for they were going to start a new journey together! They will be taking a new step and a bright future on April 17, 2021, as the number 17 signifies something special to them!

On their 5th dating anniversary date Alex and Stephanie went to dinner at her favorite place to eat, Outback! They talked about their future, their love for one another, and horror movies they can watch that night. As the night went on, they went back to their hotel. She admire the setting and decorations he set up for them ( balloons, flowers, I love you signs, and candles everywhere). She slowly starts opening up the gifts he bought for her. He turns to her as signals for her to stand next to him. As his hands are trembling and his face is sweaty, he begins to spill about how much he loves her and how much she has made him a better man! He drops to one knee and says, “Will you marry me?” She begins to cry and is in shock, but of course she says yes! They begin to kiss with excitement! They call family and friends to discuss the exciting news! Family and friends were excited for them!
