There is no parking lot at the Cathedral, but there are many public parking lots and metered street parking nearby. (The closest parking garage is called 50 West located at 50 W San Fernando St, San Jose, CA 95113) Please note that meters on Saturdays are still charging. Public parking lots may also charge up to $10/day. Parking for the Reception is behind the Oakland Scottish Rite Center. The parking lot is located at 1547 Lakeside Dr Parking. There are only 50 spots available, so we recommend carpooling with friends/family.
Ceremony starts at 12 pm. Plan to arrive 15 minutes before for parking and getting seated. Please be on time to avoid any disturbances during the ceremony.
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on our wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation as 'and guest'. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal, black-tie optional. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans please!
Yes kids are welcome, but we also want our guests to have fun and let loose! The choice is up to you! ;)

Ceremony is from 12-1 PM. It takes around 50 minutes to drive to Oakland from San Jose. Cocktail hour begins at 3, where mimosas and snacks will be served. Doors to the main hall will open around 3:45 for everyone to be seated. There will be no seating chart, so it is first come first serve. There will be a few tables reserved for immediately family only. Grand entrance is 4:15 and dinner will be served at 5 pm. Thank you and I can’t wait to party with you all!
