Yes, we will be providing a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue! Please see the schedule below. The shuttle will wait for 5 minutes at each stop. Please note: Uber and Lyft are not available in the area, so we encourage all guests to use the shuttle or arrange transportation in advance. If you are staying at the Sunset Motel, please walk across the parking lot to the Lake City AmericInn for pick up. If you plan to drive to the venue and shuttle back, you may leave your car in the lot as long as it’s picked up by 12 PM on Sunday. Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!
We love your little ones - however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for the evening- no jeans. Wear whatever color you would like, but ladies please no white.
Kindly RSVP by July 10th, 2025. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!
